Joined Kajima Corporation in 1993. After 14 years engaged in development projects and the head office’s sales division, he joined Da Vinci Advisors, where he was responsible for acquisitions and large-scale bond purchases. Subsequently, at Aetos Japan LLC, he handled special situation dispositions such as hotels, golf courses, and residential land sales. At a Japanese real estate firm, he was in charge of sourcing fractional ownership products for high-net-worth individuals under the Act on Specified Joint Real Estate Ventures. Joined the List Group in 2013. Appointed Director of List Development in 2018, President and Director in 2019, and Representative Director in 2023 (current position).
