In 2018, he founded GOYOH K.K., a real estate tech startup, and launched “EaSyGo”—a platform designed to elevate tenant experience, sustainability, and social impact across global real estate portfolios. Yukihiko’s work bridges hospitality, technology, and sustainability, supporting global investors in aligning real estate value creation with long-term cultural, experiential, social, and environmental priorities.
