Lada has negotiated and advised on over 200 hotel management agreements across APAC and MENA. Lada also specializes in branded residences projects, including with mandatory and optional rental pools, in Singapore, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Egypt, Seychelles, Cambodia, Qatar and Turkey. Lada is a full member of ISHC, holds MBA in Hospitality from GLION (Switzerland), Cornell certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management and Yale certification in Executive Negotiation Strategies. Lada is a Fellow of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited mediator with SIMI and SMC, which allows Lada to provide holistic advice with regards to dispute resolution related to HMAs, franchises and branded residences projects.
